Tour of Ducks Unlimited Canada

Institute of Wetlands and Waterfowl Research

Thursday, September 10, 2009

4:00 p.m.

September is a great time to see migratory birds stopping at the Oak Hammock Marsh on their trip to sunnier warmer climes (something most of us wish we could do every year!). Why not join CASLIS Manitoba on a tour of the Interpretive Centre and attend a presentation of a brief history of Ducks Unlimited Canada arranged by Ian Glass, Librarian of the Institute of Wetlands and Waterfowl Research?

The tour is limited to 15 people so you must RSVP to Pat Routledge (parout@mts.net) by Tuesday, September 8, 2009. In order to preserve the delicate marshland environment we will carpool. When you RSVP, you will be informed of the time and place where we will rendezvous to make our way up to the marsh.
