Workshop Description:

Given today’s environment of increasing accountability, organizations across Canada are seeking practical ways to show results to inquiring stakeholders. In particular, organizations are demanding to know why
promotional and communications activities shouldn’t be pared back.
Especially that pesky website.

During this entertaining workshop, Kelly Kubrick of Online Authority will use live examples of attendees’ own websites to illustrate how to measure your own website’s performance, report progress and show results.

First offered at the Manitoba Library Association’s (MLA) conference in May 2009, CASLIS National is now sending the session on the road. Join us this fall in Winnipeg, Edmonton, Calgary and Ottawa and learn how to:

* Prove you are using your website to offer better service to clients;
* Ensure your website remains accountable; and
* Secure resources to improve the website going forward.

It’s an Internet call to arms!
