The North Dakota-Manitoba ACRL Chapter Annual Symposium brings together librarians and other library professionals in Canadian and US academic and research libraries to discuss ideas of mutual interest. This year, the Symposium, Academic Libraries – Cross-border Perspectives, will take place on Monday, April 27, 2015, in Fargo at the North Dakota State University.
ACRL President-Elect Ann C. Riley with deliver the keynote address, followed by a presentation of the LGBT resources available in both countries.
This announcement is a call for papers to be presented at the Symposium. Presenters are invited to speak on one of the following areas: Co-operative Deselection Processes, Changes to the Information Literacy Competency Standards for Higher Education and ACRL, or Library Security/Risk Management; or to participate in a Panel Discussion on Current Reference Challenges.
