Stipend: $24.92 per hour + 6% vacation pay

Qualifications:

A master’s degree from an ALA-accredited program or equivalent. An undergraduate or graduate degree in a related discipline preferred. Proficiency in the use of library automated systems, information technology and general computer applications (word processing, spreadsheets, databases, PowerPoint, etc.). Experience in providing reference services and bibliographic instruction in an academic library preferred. Experience with image databases such as ARTstor. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Mature, professional manner.

Normal hours of work: 1:00-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Some additional morning or evening hours may be required. There will be a reduction in services in December which may result in reduced hours of work.
