The Manitoba Library Association needs your help.  We are looking to fill the following 6 positions on our executive board starting May 2009. The VP position is a 3 year commitment, while the others are 2 year commitments.

1. Vice President/ President Elect

2. Treasurer

3. Secretary

4. Director -  Communications

5. Director at Large

6. Director at Large

Board members are expected to sit on one or two MLA committees and attend monthly Board Meetings.

If there is more than one person interested for a particular position a ballot will be sent to the general membership.

We are also looking for someone to chair the Manitoba Libraries Conference planning committee for 2010.  If you are interested please let Rainer Schira know.
