How did your Canadian Library Month go? CLA wants to know

Judy Green from CLA has asked that this year's CLM evaluation be forwarded to folks.  Please see the link below for a short questionnaire.  The due date to fax or mail the form to CLA in Ottawa is November 30th.

Your responses will help to inform next year's ordering, in addition to CLM support generally.
