Time Commitment: 1-year term; approx. 5 hours per month

The Past President provides continuity, mentorship, and support to the President, Vice-President, and Board. This role helps ensure a smooth leadership transition and supports Board effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provides guidance and institutional knowledge to the Executive and Board.
  • Chairs the Scholarships and Awards Committee.
  • Supports leadership succession and onboarding of new Executive members.
  • Assists with governance continuity and Board effectiveness.
