Donate to MLA

The Manitoba Library Association is a non-profit organization that provides leadership in the promotion, development, and support of library and information services and opportunities in Manitoba.

Libraries change lives. They offer access to information, programming, safe community spaces, and stories that reflect who we are. Through our work, we protect and grow these vital services across our province.

You can choose to support:

  • MLA’s Advocacy & Operations — Advocacy, professional development, and programs that strengthen Manitoba’s library and information community.
  • Prison Libraries Committee — Providing meaningful access to books and information for people who are incarcerated, supporting literacy, dignity, and connection.
  • Joe Big George Collection — A growing collection of books by and about Indigenous peoples. Donations have already funded 134 new titles, expanding representation and access across Manitoba.

Your contribution builds stronger libraries, supports community well‑being, and helps ensure everyone in Manitoba has equitable access to information.

Thank you for making this work possible.

To donate to the Manitoba Library Association, or the MLA Prison Libraries Committee fill in the form below from Canada Helps. An official Charitable Tax Receipt is automatically generated.
