Director-at-Large (Several Positions)
Time Commitment: 2-year term; approx. 10 hours per month
Directors-at-Large contribute to governance, strategic direction, and committee work. They support the association by providing expertise, participating in discussions, and advancing strategic priorities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Attends and participates in scheduled Board meetings.
- Serves on at least one committee.
- Contributes to strategic planning and Board discussions.
- Supports advocacy and engagement efforts.
- Completes assigned governance-related actions.
- Acts in the best interests of the association.
- Orients and supports incoming Directors.
